- 1 C cream of coconut milk (Coco Lopez)
- 1/4 C cider vinegar
- 1 (.6-oz) pkg dry Italian salad dressing mix (Good Seasons)
Whisk all ingredients together well. Chill thoroughly. I use this on coleslaw, but I'm sure you will find other favorite uses.
